To support their growing services, MOTUS chose to expand their existing clinic into the adjacent unit, calling on the help of Local AR to help create one larger, unified environment. The project began with a careful assessment of client needs, along with accurate field measurements and documentation of utility locations to ensure a smooth transition between the two spaces.

The new layout brings together four enclosed treatment rooms, a welcoming reception, an open workout area, additional storage, and a dedicated staff breakroom. The design integrates ADA-compliant clearances, accessible restrooms, and continuous circulation paths, ensuring inclusivity and comfort for every patient.

By strategically retaining existing walls and circulation patterns, the expansion achieves a cost-effective, functional solution that minimizes construction while enhancing patient experience and staff workflow. The result is a cohesive clinic environment that reflects Motus’ mission of delivering holistic wellness in a modern, efficient setting.
