Wharton, Texas | Prime Eco Group Warehouse Expansion

Local AR prepared expansion plans for Prime Eco Group’s 20,000 SF warehouse facility in Wharton, Texas, supporting the company’s production, storage, and distribution of hand sanitizers and other hygiene products. Developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was driven by the urgent need to increase capacity and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

The scope included a sealed and contained hand sanitizer production area, nine 12-foot water tanks, a reverse osmosis water treatment plant, dedicated storage areas, and an annex space. The expansion was designed to build upon an existing warehouse structure, enabling Prime Eco Group to scale operations without disrupting ongoing activity.

By combining speed of delivery with technical precision, the expansion plans provided a framework for phased construction that met immediate public health demands while ensuring long-term functionality for the company’s production and distribution needs.
